Air to Air Heat Exchangers
An Air to Air Heat Exchanger is a device that refreshes the air (offices, houses, hotels and exhibition centers) using the exhaust air to pre-heat or pre-cool the incoming supply air.
Air to air heat exchangers are used in air conditioning ventilation installations for partial recovery of rejected energy, thus achieving great energy savings up to 70%.
Cross-flow plate heat exchangers provide high efficiency to all changing operating conditions. Plates are combined in such a way that will not allow flows to mix with each other.

The unit comprises of two 1 or 3 speed double inlet fans (supply and return). Fans are selected and sized according to maximum efficiency and optimum sound level.
Air filters for each fan (supply and return).
An aluminium plate heats the recovery exchanger.
The casing consists of a frame and 25 mm thick panels made of galvanized sheets internally filled with mineral wool for reliable heat- and sound-insulation.
Motor, exchanger and filtration device of the unit is easily accessible and can be intervened thanks to intervention covers / valves for service and maintenance purposes.
All electric parts are installed in sealed IP 55 protection connection boxes.
220V operation voltage, 800-5.000 m3/h airflow, with three phase motors any air flow and static pressure are available.
Horizontal (H) or Vertical (V) instalation.
